Hello, I'm Gunjan.

I've spent 18+ years in beauty education, building training programmes, product knowledge frameworks and professional learning experiences for recognised skincare and beauty brands. As National Education Manager at L'Oréal India, I worked at scale across education strategy, trainer enablement and professional development.

Now UK-based and working independently, I support professional and retail skincare brands across markets. My focus is simple: translating complex skin science and product stories into education that teams can understand, trust and use with confidence.
